Christum Natum Adoremus, the first release in what is planned to be a series of professionally produced albums under the label of St. John XXIII Parish, is a collection of those chants and polyphonic compositions that were sung at High Masses during the fall of 2014, including All Saints, Advent, and Christmas. The selections are chosen to be a wide representation of the material the Schola prepares, including an Introit, chant hymns, polyphonic motets, and a polyphonic Mass setting in a variety of styles from medieval to modern.
The album is available as a digital download or streaming media at all major online music providers (Amazon MP3, iTunes, Spotify, and many others). CD’s are available from Amazon and will be offered for sale at St. Boniface after Mass at a discounted rate when supplies are available.
