Advent Begins, etc.

First Friday & Saturday
On First Friday, December 4, the Mass will be celebrated at the regular time of 7:00 PM, followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, the various Sacred Heart of Jesus Prayers and a brief time for silent adoration followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
On First Saturday, December 5, following the 9:00 AM Mass, there will be the usual prayers to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Help is Needed for Nativity Setup on Saturday
We are looking for volunteers to help set up the large outdoor Nativity Scene which graces our property during the Christmas season on Saturday, December 5 after the 9:00 AM Mass at St. Boniface Church. Please bring gloves.

First Sunday
On First Sunday, December 6, after the 11:00 AM Mass, there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament followed by silent adoration until 4:00 PM, when we will conclude with prayers and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

Immaculate Conception
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary occurs on Tuesday, December 8. It is a Holyday of Obligation. Our Latin Masses will be celebrated at 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Holy Year of Mercy
Our Holy Father, Pope Francis has proclaimed an Extraordinary Holy Year of Mercy from Tuesday, December 8, 2015, the feast of the Immaculate Conception, until Sunday, November 20, 2016, the feast of Christ the King (in the modern calendar). Bishop Zubik will open a “Holy Door of Mercy” at Saint Paul Cathedral on Sunday, December 13 at 2:30 PM. All are invited to attend this special celebration of mercy.

New Galleries Added
Two new galleries of photos have been added – the 2015 Fall Family Hayride & Picnic, and Father Romanoski’s visit on All Saints’ Day. Thanks to Dennis Stull and Robert Shemer for the photos.
